I have three types of coaching packages available below:

Although I’d love to, I cannot be as effective working with those outside of my area of expertise. Please consider application if you meet the following criteria:

  • Non-vegetarian / vegan
  • At least 21 years of age
  • NO injuries or medical conditions
  • Familiar with counting calories and macros
  • At least 1 year of consistent weight lifting and ability to perform compound exercises such as the squat and deadlift
  • Access to a gym
