St. Patty’s Pancakes: Matcha Green Tea with Mint Chocolate

In honor of St. Patty’s Day and the weekend being right around the corner, here’s an absolutely delicious and super simple matcha green tea pancake recipe for you to try. This was devoured in under a minute!

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream)
- 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
– 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup egg white
I topped mine with Quest Nutrition mint chocolate chunk and mint chocolate chips. This makes 1 pancake so double or triple the ingredients if you’re hungry.
